Onsite Accommodations
There are limited indoor accommodations available on a first come/first serve basis for this event. Book early to secure indoor accommodations! Camping is also a great option. Bring your own gear (unlimited camping space) or rent “easy” camping pre-erected tents (limited). All accommodations have shared bathroom facilities and some have private bathrooms – please see below.
Ensuite Rooms
Must be booked for the full event (Friday-Tuesday nights); rooms include all linens and towels. Each room has its own private bathroom.
FIVE SHARED ENSUITE (Bunk Beds & Single Bed)
Full Event: $275 for 1 guest
Each guest must book individually.
Rooms with Shared Bathrooms
Must be booked for the full event (Friday-Tuesday nights); rooms include all linens and towels. Bathrooms are nearby the room but shared with other guests.
SINGLE (Single Bed)
Full Event: $450 for 1 guest
TWIN (Two Single Beds)
Full Event: $575 for 2 guests
Must be booked for 2 people. One person books for both guests. During registration, you will be required to input the second guest’s name.
DOUBLE (Full or Queen Bed)
Full Event: $575 for 2 guests
Must be booked for 2 people. One person books for both guests. During registration, you will be required to input the second guest’s name.
TRIPLE JACK-N-JILL BATH (Three Single Beds)
Full Event: $325 for 1 guest
Each guest must book individually. Bathroom are only shared with adjacent room, with same gender guests.
Simple Shared & Dorm Rooms
Must be booked for the full event (Friday-Tuesday nights). Bathrooms are nearby but shared by multiple guests.
SHARED (5-6 Single Beds/Bunk Beds)
Full Event: $250 for 1 guest
Includes all linens and towels.
DORM (8-10 Single Beds/Bunk Beds)
Full Event: $175 for 1 guest
Only bottom sheet and pillow are provided. Please bring your own bedding and towel. We cannot provide linens for this event.
Outdoor Accommodations
Must be booked for the full event (Friday-Tuesday nights) unless noted. Campfires and cooking are not allowed in camping areas.
Cabin (Two Single Beds)
$375 for 1 or 2 guests
One person books for both guests. Includes all linens and towels. Because of cold weather, you may wish to bring extra blankets. No water, heat or electricity.
“EASY CAMPING” - PRE-ERECTED TENTS
Full Event: $125 for 1 guest
Full Event: $235 for 2 guests
We erect the tent for you! Sleeping mats are provided. Bring your own sleeping bag, pillow and towel.
“BYO” CAMPING
$15 per night per person
Each person sharing a tent must register for camping. This can be booked by the night. Bring your own tent, mat sleeping bag, pillow and towel.
”BYO” CAMPER VAN
We have limited space for camper vans. If you are interested in staying in your own camper van or small RV onsite, please contact us for more information.
Note that animals are not allowed in any of our onsite accommodations.

Please note, you should plan to carpool or organize your own transportation if staying offsite. Taxis and ride shares are limited in this area.
